    coupling

    hey guys

    is the rubber coupling from a d1 the same as the one for 99 td5 or are they different.


    does anyone know what they are worth?

    They are one in the same. TVF100010 I think the part number is. Ranges in price (depending who you get it from) from $110 to $177,(Which I think is RRP from LR)
    I have seen them sell for much less than that, BUT be warned, buy ONLY the GKN variety as the non Genuine ones are poorly made. I have had one disintegrate after 150km, only to find it had almost NO fabric reinforcing weave in it AT ALL!
    Since THAT episode, I only buy the branded GKN driveline ones, which are OE.

    They are the same. $100 or so from memory. They range in quality and price.

    Get rid of the donut and replace it with the normal uni and tailshaft .
