Gonna rip the heads off the Disco when we get home as the passenger one is weeping coolant out the front and the drivers is weeping out the rear. The car still drives perfectly, yet is using a little bit of coolant. The plugs looked ok when I changed them today and there's no water in the oil.
Anyhow, aside from sticky valves, what should I look for?
Also... should I want to ram a bigger cam in it :P is it as big a job as I've been told? Been told it's a sump off operation... can't imagine why, but then again, wouldn't be surprised if the rear wiper needed to be at 3 o'clock and the LHR window down 26%
Oh.. and cam suggestions for use with factory ECU for those in the know.
Have a look here.

the rover is a dry liner so you wont get water in the oil anyway
i haven't ripped a rover motor down complete either .. Changing the cam should only involve the following basics
Remove radiator & front grill / etc
Removing the water pump & front timing chain cover + chain
Remove Plentium valley intake
Remove Rocker gear & Hydraulic lifters
Remove Dizzy
Sump off? ... dunno what for

Hey Boxer,
seeing as how you are one of Stooges associates, give me a call on 0408 995 635 if I can be of any assistance.
It is an easy job but time consuming, I can help where possible.
Phone or PM is fine.
