Sorry i wish i could help!
Have you tried a google search?
Problem is taking measurements of a 14 year old vehicle with stock springs will not necessarily give you what you want. Measuring from ground to wheel arch introduces more variables.
Springs sag with age, load on springs can change if battery is changed or 2nd battery added, bullbar or winch added, gas filled shockies added, weight in back, spare tyre, towbar etc.
Tyre size, tread wear and pressure will change distance from ground. Also because the wheel arches are far outboard of the springs, you can have a difference from side to side.
Even measuring the bump stop clearance is unreliable IMHO, particularly at front because of the slope of the pad on the axle housing.
the answers in here,,, somewhere,,
though it was from wheel centre to guard,,

The guys in the LR shops normally measure clearance from the top of axle housing to the bump stops. - but give Les Richmond Automotive in Melbourne a call they'll be happy to tell you the stock measurements over the phone. I had them but have lost them.
Thanks very much everyone,i really do appreciate it. cheers Brad
