Tyres!!
With all of the faults that seem to be happening with the tyres that people are buying and running lately it makes me wonder are we doing something wrong?? Three people that I know of in WA have had major trouble with tyres coming apart and giving them major grief! Is it something that we, as 4WDers are doing wrong when we use our tyres or is something worse at play here?

I now have concern for the tyres that are fitted to my Disco ( Coopers 235/75/16). Should we as 4wders be checking our tread and general wear more?

Just be vigilant about pressures. Don't run them aired down on the bitumen. If you are careful about tyre pressures, you are more likely to notice problems early.
Just my $0.02.
