Depending on the year a rear tail shaft that has two uni joints on it.
Why so high?
Why not 2 springs and 2 body?
hi people, i need some input. hopefully will be lifting the truck again, and thinking slightly bigger is better. so what else will i need....
3-4inch raised coils
longer shocks
cranked arms
cranked trailing arm
extended brake lines
d2 dc shaft
a frame extender
anything else needed to complete it?

Seems excessive?
I'd be going with what DiscoDan suggested. unless you're planning on fitting 35s and are doing a 4-inch lift and 2 inch body lift?
2 spring and 2 body will save you the cost of arms etc
How big is your rubber going to be?
bump stop extensions to suit the longer closed length shocks.
Uni-uni rear proshaft with the matching 4 bolt pinion flange.
I would also look at slotting and rotating the swivels rather than running cranked radius arms. This will probably also work better with the D2 DC shaft by maintaining the correct pinion angle.
Will you be running sway bars?
4" gives belly clearance which the 2+2 doesn't give. The overall rideheight is the same and it should run 35's.

well... hopefully the arms will be costing a fraction of what they retail at. knowing the right blokes with the right tools and materials.
will put in my body lift when i got a solid weekend off.
hopefully will run 35-36s without much trouble.
i dont run sway bar in the rear. would like one in the front for on road manners, but will need work to fit (with lift)
