    Can you post up how you mounted your stereo, mine also came with out a sterio and can see how to mount a CD player I have in the shed.

    What year D1 is it, Mine is the updated model (1996) I can take some pictures if you like. It's pretty straight forward though, Just mount the cradle in the Din slot and slide it in. Joint all the wires up as required to the disco loom. I have the Eurovox wire colour code if the plug is still installed. Let me know what you require and I'll see what I can do.

    Landover mine is a 93 V8.

    I dont have a din slot all there is is the slot in the center console there is no cradle or mounting points.

    May have to make something up.

    Thar's a bit rough. So the radio cassette was an optional extra and not standard when new?

    Now for anyone who is interested, I finally figured out the wiring using the AA battery trick. This is what I worked out.

    '92 200tdi

    black with yellow LB-
    black with orange LB+
    black with red LF +
    black with pink LF-
    black with blue RB+
    black with green RB-
    black with white RF-
    black with brown RF+

    purple with white power
    white with orange ignition
