    Removing Fuel Tank

I have to take the fuel tank out as i think there could be a leak in the top over flow hose. Can anyone tell me if it is just the six bolts i can see and remove the filler and overflow hose plus the sender unit. Or is there a hidden trap waiting?

i think you pretty well have it,.
you will have to undo the tie down rings, as the tails of the bolts stop the tank dropping, and i think i had to take my tow bar off also.
    dont forget the pump hoses.
and it weighs heaps with fuel in it!!!
pull the sender/pump out and pump the remaining fuel out

Start attacking the bolts with WD40 / CRC whatever lies within the shed.

Those bolts are often a pain...
Def pull the sender and pump hoses, try not to get to much stuff in the tank

    Cheers.
