What do I do - Looking for a special part

I'm doing my heads on my V8 Discovery and one of the pipes, part number 2 was below all rusted so I pulled it out. Now its really hard to find a replacement. I heard some people have put a brass one in but I can't seem to find any that will fit. They all have threads on them. Any help anyone?

if you cant get it out hone it with a reaming bit (you can drill it but that limits you to tapping it for a threaded fitting)

a piece of chilled copper tubing will go in nicely and can be located with either loctite 567, 515 or the bearing mount which Ive forgotten the number to.

Have you asked an LR dealer if ETC6503 is available?

yep, bunnings plumbing section might have it.

From memory its 3/8th brass pilot tube you might have to give it a touch with the emery paper but It should go in for ya.
