If the wheel alignment was out and you let the car drive this way for a while before you had it looked at .... The tyres are bedded in this tracking pattern and no amount of work will fix it ... other than replacing the tyres with new ones

So borrow a fresh set, to test this theory

Cheers for the option but not needed... It has been doing since i got the car and i only just 5000K ago got all new 31" Bighorns and alignment done. They stated my alignment was already fine and that my castor is all good
