Basically cosmetically, inside (dash, trim colours), outside (front lights, grille) and underneath (the later models came with stabilisers). The later Diesel models had the 300Tdi engine (which is an "upgraded" 200Tdi).

10 spline axles and RRC style front cv's on the 91 and 24spline stuff on the 95.

All 91s out here are 3 doors with manual windows. All were 3.5 manuals too.

95s have:
3.9 petrol or 2.5 diesel.
Manual or auto.
More trim options (leather on some).
Proper A/C & ventilation system.
Better headlights.
3 or 5 doors.

95's dont have the ugly dash but do have the dodgy hoodlining

95 = newer designs (interior, motor) = better

4 door is more practical too.

Plus i drive a 95 :P

Hard to get specific repair manuals RAVE for, I believe the manual vehicles had the crappy gear box that was later replaced in the upgrades with the R380 Gearbox. Getting on a bit and not sort after
