Rhinorack make an alloy tray that is 1500x1240 which would suit but problem is its $616rrp.

That's pretty cheap. Rhino racks like Stevo's are $180rrp per bar (with legs).

Can get some ebay bargains though if you are in the right area.

I saw three Rhino bars on ebay with 180mm legs go for about $110 down south somewhere just the other day.

I just bought 4 180mm legs on ebay for $60. Will reuse my bars from my 210mm legs.
