i think this is the way ill go i dont have a snorkel yet but i plan on getting one soon
and the lights were how they saw them...........been having a repeat conversation with a customer the last few weeks moral of the story is that a window is there so you can see what is on the other side so why not look through the window instead of at it.......because it was the window that got your attention not what was on the other side
G'day
Was going to give you a call today to talk about your auto, but I'll respond here too about the lights. I have a pair of Hella 151's on the front roof rack and ended up doing almost exactly what streaky did and run split corrugated tubing up the side of the snorkel and then onto the front rack.
The roof lights work very well, especially turned out on an angle in conjunction with the 220 roo lites pointing straight ahead (on the bullbar). No worries now about weak LR headlights.
Only issue I've had with the roof lights is that the outside perimeter of the glass reflects back and dazzles people behind. Maybe this is just a Hella 151 issue.
Cheers
