If you're going to drive anywhere dusty dont use those type filters if you want your engine to last, hold one up to the light and see all those thousands of holes just waiting to let in heaps of dust, search the forum under K&N filters and read the facts, I will post up a pic of my setup, Regards Frank.

I'm with Tank. Check out the web. The only advantage the pod style filters have, is the ability to stop water for longer. ( the paper elements soak it up and fall apart ) The pods let a massive amount of air in, but the dust and crud as well. Use an oiled 'droopie ' on your snorkel, and get the best of both.
have a look at the link? that was posted on my thread im also looking at this style air box
I've got a K&N panel filter in the airbox.
I tried a similar pod filter after making up a support bracket to hold the AFM up, but it was more noisy with an audible sucking sound and didn't seem to do anything else.
Interestingly the 5 litre TVR engined D1s and classic RRs that TMS/Lichfield built using detuned Griffith 500 engines back in the mid 90s retained the standard airbox (along with the standard cast iron exhaust manifolds).
i just pull a pod filter of mine. car runs 10 times better now with a 60 series cruiser box and filter
