If you lift the load bay carpet you'll find four plastic inserts protecting the rear cargo bay threaded tie down points. They are 5/8UNF thread I think.
These are what I've used for my rear storage system and you don't have to drop the tank or crawl underneah to use them.
I suggest you apply a generous ammount of copperslip or anti-seize compound to the bolts when you put them in.

I saw one commercial drawer set which had a full height cargo barrier included as the rear of the drawers, which were bolted to the barrier. Then the barrier bolted down with the usual two bolts in the side. The advantage was the whole thing could be removed just by undoing the two cargo barrier bolts, just like taking out a cargo barrier. Made it very flexible. Just a thought.
whats the alu tubes and joiners?, nicer joints than the stuff you get from bunnings
tank is from TJM, O'Connor WA - ARB is selling the same but it will set you back about $225 - TJM charged $165
joiners from BJ Evans, Malaga WA
25x25mm alu from Metalcorp - if your lucky they might have some joiners as well...
Drawer runners from Galvins, Osborne Park WA
just found the brochure of the joiners again...
