replacing the rubber spacers between chassis and frame

Do the rubber spacers between the chassis and frame get stiff or compress much over time?

    Is is worth replacing them?

    Has anyone bothered?

They do get hard but wont compress as they have a crush tube in them, maybe on an older vehicle or while doing a body lift you would replace them , i doubt they would be that buggered on your disco as mine seem fine.
