Not sure if anyone has aledy mentioned this but check the turbo hoses. Especially the 90 degree bend from the turbo to intercooler. Mine had delaminated inside and severly resricted flow. It was inflating like a bubble. Looked fine from the outside. Eventually it started stalling the engine. Power was well down before it finally gave up.

2 mins to check and cheap as chips to fix.

Sorry to steal this thread but i'm having the same problem. After a engine rebuild she had great pick up at about 2,000 to 2,500rpm when the turbo kicked in then all of a sudden i have lost power, pretty much have to press the pedal that little harder to get her going...so have ordered a filter kit and will be changing turbo hose's tomoz and emptying the filter in the rear..We'll see how she goes then...

    cheers simon
