You're avin a larf Mark!!!! If Boxer gets a D2, the VNT kit from B-A-S will give it wayy more torque and killer wasps than a 4.6 even, and use half the fuel doing it. They sound like a works Audi Quattro with the 3" exhaust too

So, that's exactly why MickS needs to come ove to my place once I pick up my tig welder. His Disco needs some exhaust goodness.

Stooge said you were selling a Duramax Defender ute on 37s. When can inpick it up?

seriously though, gotta sink some effort into my drag car. It's only gonna be a 1000hp drag car when I finish it. But, these freaking Landrovers are in my blood now, I'll be back . And with me not wasting time on my own car itmeans I can do more work on other peoples landrovers. 2010 is set to be s great year

know how you feel I sold our D1 recently, bought as a repairable right off, we spend hundreds maybe a thousand hours rebuilding and modifying it to a very capable 4wd. I still remember the surprise at finding just how good it was off road even in bog standard form.

And I still expect to see it sitting in the shed every day just begging for one more mod

So I understand where you are coming from.......but I guess there comes a time when you need to move on
