Have you looked through this: Water Ingress
A pillar, windscreen or door seal would be the starting points. Try running a constant small, low pressure, stream of water over suspect points and see what happens.

Just a wild one. I saw an article in a pom mag where the join in the drain gutter was not sealed properly. The owner sprayed some wax sealant in and it sealed when it dried. lanotec maybe?
Regards Philip A
Yes. The four joining "clips" at the rear gutter are always suspect. Take them off & you may find a lack of sealant behind. Squeeze some sealant in & Robert is your Mum's bruv.
The angle under the gutter where it meets the side panels could also be leaking (loose fixings) A thin bead of sealant along there may be beneficial.
Do you have a "Sunroof"??
in my first disco it was leaking at the top of the alpine windows and running down the inside of the roof and down the A pillar.
and in my 90 the gutters wernt sealed up as well as they should have been.
cheers phil
