Thread: premier winch

Greetings all,
has anyone put a Premier winch on a D1? how hard was it and was there much modifying (mmmm modify) to be done? I have and alloy nudge/bull bar so i am looking at a cradle behind that as i love the bar and dont wat to part with it.

As far as i know your average electric 4wd drive winches will all have similar mounting holes/position's. you can buy winch mounting cradles/plates off ebay etc.
You will just have to mount the cradle to the chassis as solidly as possible then cut your alloy bar to fit around the winch and cradle (if required)
