Tutorial for flare fitting anyone got one?

    Hey everyone

I remember sometime ago boxer had a tutorial for fitting flares to his disco....think it was a link to 4wd action mag or something but I can be buggered if I can find it..

Does anyone have a step by step of fitting the flexi flares to the D1....

or can at least give me a verbal step by step...at least then we might be able to take some pics and do one for others that may struggle

Those are the LRA fibreglass flares Lou, did you get those or 'Flexi flares'?

I see what you mean, but I reckon not, as the dimensions etc are quite a bit different. I DO think that the method would be the same, so yes it could help for sure.
..errr, do you want me to do mine first then

Thanks Tim, DB and I will be watching with interest

If its as good looking as the crossmember turned out, it'll be fine!

If no-one wants the bodywork from the rangie Ive got to start wrecking shortly I'll grab one of the dead flares from a perentie and do a how to fitup to the rangie for you..

thats at least 3 weeks off.

only problem is I have a disco and I'm assuming the flare of the perentie is not a flexi flare
