I think i have found the source of my leaky a/C unit. Used to have water leaking down the side walls of centre gearbox trunking into footwells. both sides. under the D2 either side of gearbox there are two rubber tits which get blocked up occassionally causing a/c condensate to back up. Poke them with a bit of wire and hey presto! no more internal leaks. now i just have to solve the clock spring problem in steering wheel. without setting of air bag.
