    Where did you get the ducting from please.... Can't source any locally... Hopefully you had a web based supplier... Also what diameter is it..

    Is there by any chanse anyone that got a template or drawings to fit a Safari snorkel? I got a second hand snorkel and need a template.

    My only query and I'm thinking this is a typo on their behalf, why would you need to drill the mounting holes for the studs to 16mm when they are only 6mm studs????
    It then goes on to say a file maybe needed to aid in hole alignment.....????? why, you just drilled the holes 10mm bigger than the studs!!!

    Has to be a mistake. Drilling this big is going to be bigger than the brass mounting inserts leaving them exposed to being over tightened and/or pulling thru if any stress is put on the snorkel at all.

    What did everyone drill mounting stud holes too???

    16mm is way to big.

    I just checked my template against the snorkel and drilled 8 or 10mm holes (cant remember)

    safari must be allowing for people with striped aprons to be doing the install

    Drilled the single bolts 8mm and where they are close together at 10mm to get a clean fit thru the panel.
    All done!!
