    Is it front shaft time?

    Hi all,
have a 2003 TD5 D2a auto at 125000kms. Should I get the front drive shaft rebuilt with greasable Hardy Sptcer joints yet?
The vehicle is not lifted and does not tow or get wet? Anyone?

2015 D4 probably the most amazing yet, why get a RR?

Most certainly get it removed and inspected at least. I have seen them fail at less km, and one in particular who is a member on the site, had his fail at less than 70K!!!! It had been used for city use only

So don't take chances and get it looked at .

Our 2004 D2a was purchased at 120,000km ... the front shaft uni's were trashed.

Made them fix it as a saftey issue before we'd take the car. You could hear it squeeling under moderate to hard acceleration.

Get it checked at least for peace of mind ... if it lets go, it's gonna cost a whole lot more than a shaft rebuild!

Had mine done at 70k as a precautionary thing.
    Mine does get wet &dirty.
I didn't want trouble while in a remote area.

Don't know where you can get it done on the southside, someone will chime in though.

Had mine done at MR auto redcliffe.
