    try using some gentle heat from a gas burner gun or similar, dont boil anything , just heat it up and then maybe use your slide hammer.

    I took Mine off last night.. turns out they will be under size if we machine them. Came off as easy as after I drilled the head off the retaining screw. Just need to buy new ones, best $2 I've ever spent. Matt
