long range automotive -long range tanks

Has anyone here fitted the long range automotive tanks to their D2? The
115L replacement with the 35L aux. I have a chance to buy some second hand (never fitted) so basically new but am curious if anyone here has them and has had any issues?
    cheers

I have a LRA long Range tank in my D2, no issues with mine, I only have the main tank though, I believe mine is 110lts, the auxillary for mine was 45lts, I cut my rear panels and if I fitted the auxillary it would of looked ridiculous.

Yep I fitted them to mine, the main tank was straight forward, only ned to get some longer studs to get the ring that holds the fuel pump in,
The small tank behind the rear wheel is a nightmare, so be prepared.

The hardest part was mine had to have a hole drilled in the chassis and you cant do that with the main tank in so you will need to line up the main tank then get the side tank in place but before you mark the drill hole make sure the drain lines up with the main tank,( as it gravity feeeds from the small-main tank, and that the small tank also lines up with the rear bumper frame.
Then drop the main tank drill the hole fit the main tank then have someone who can bend in half and has really small hands to get the hoses onto the tanks from the filler..

EASY...OH and remove the rear wheel to make it just slightly easier..

    Cheers Ean
