    water leak

    gooday people .
walking past my TD5 D2 yesterday and noticed a small pool of water under the front diff.
crawled under to check and found coolant leaking, (slightly) ,from what i read on my workshop manual cd , is a fuel cooler .just below the manifold.
is this a common problem and is it an easy/cheap fix

    water leak

Worth checking the small connector hose about 2 inches long just up under the turbo as well.Often overlooked, not pricey, but its a different size at each end.(L.R. Naturally!!.)

Thanks guys ,will get the O rings and the pipe and replace them over the weekend .
still trying to locate the source of the vibration at 2200 rpm .
gunna take the engine pipe off and replace the flex pipe ,if that don't fix it ,new engine mounts may be the go .
    Cheers

If the fule cooler is leaking just at the front it is possible to change the o ring without taking the cooler off. I ended up replacing the LR spring clip with a screw type clamp, so far so good. It is about a 10min job.
