Thread: SLS parts?

Hi All,
Ive got a mate with a D2, he is chasing up some bits to reactivate his SLS, the previous owner removed it and converted to coils, now he wants it back.

Just thought i would ask around to see if anyone has some parts that would be willing to part with cheap(or even free ) to help out. Everything was removed pretty much, no compressor, valve block, height sensors or airbags, just some air lines and wiring still there.

If he wants SLS back just tell him to buy a new compressor and air bags and be done with it. Any second hand bags will be doubtful as to their expected lifespan. So he will certainly be replacing the bags regardless and the compressor could be 50 -50.
Get the sensors from a wreck no worries.
Any bags or compressors for free are probably free for very good reason.
IMO, unless he finds a wreck with recently replaced bags and compressor he will be lucky to find a good second hand setup that will be value for money.
