hey all,
got a problem with the td5 d2a.Recently i had the green fuel line from the tank replaced at a lr dealership due to chaffing(aware of recall).Got it back the otherday and found it was hard to kick over.woke up the next morn went to go to work and the car wouldnt start and alarm goes crazy.lock the car and turn key to accs pump the ****e out of the pedal and eventually after a few attempts the car kicks over.tried different variations of this method but cant work out the prob.cars gone back to dealership now with talk of possible valve problem, dying fuel pump ect.since reading up a bit im thinking maybe its an imoiliser prob due to once started the car runs fine, have listened to fuel pump working sounds fine.trying to work out why this problem has come about after the replaced fuel line has got me buggered. even thought about air in the lines but would of self bled by now(done at least 60ks)any ideas? cheers
