    lifting a 2000 TD5 ( and other disco td5 questions )

    Hi all,

i have read many threads on lifts etc, but i have a few more questions.

if i want a 2" lift and want to put 4 springs, 4 shocks, and a steering dampner in, do i have to change anything else???

also, looking at all the brands, i have no idea on the quality of things, ive been told to stay away from cheap.

i am looking at spending around the 1k mark.

ive been told you can remove some 'bars' ???? to help out or something?

not 100% sure on what that means...

    im in perth.

i pick up my 2000 td5 tommorow cant wait!

    cheers

EDIT: i will include all my questions in this thread so i dont have to start new ones...

Although most people will say that you won't, you may need castor correction bushes to compensate for 'tram-tracking'.
