Disco Focussed!

Mrs Pedro was hit in the rear passenger wheel by a XR5 yesterday,, she spent 5 or so hours in the Hospital getting checked over,, still sore and sorry today.
nothing much left of the focus in front of the windscreen,, but no pics of it,,
a few pics of BUB002 but not great ones,,

.look at the difference in wheel angles also, why is the front tyre off? no damage anywhere near it,,

.This rim took all of the impact, you can just see the airbag hanging down,, new 2 weeks ago,

.I'm sure the shock mount isnt supposed to be like that

.The arm has moved across far enough to touch the diff

hmm wheres my RAVE CD,,,

Thats terrible Peter! Hope Mrs Pedro is going to be fine

The damage I fear is hopefully not worse than it looks, but at least a new diff housing is a good idea.

Were they insured????

Their insurance status is still unknown,,
but,
2 young girls driving, only had the car 2 weeks, on P's.
They failed to give way to the right,
not a skidmark in sight,,

Oh, that's not good Pete. Glad to hear Di's not worse off.

Looks like a hell of a hit.

So, time to shop for a Defender.

Poor old Guiness was in the back seat throughout!
I heard from a towie(I arrived about 30mins later) one of our fearless fireys went to the car to get Di's handbag and got the **** scared out of him by a very upset Guiness!!
poor little buggar was still shaking as I lifted him out of the car,,,
