Hey, that's a good idea! My fridge rides on the LHS behind the single seat. There's lots of extra room with the twin seat folded ... and even more if I remove the seat ... enough to negate needing a trailer !

It's not the biggest shed, so space is a premium
    Cheers Baz.

    Good one Andy ... mine's 7.5 x 7.5 and it's chockas !

... it doesn't matter HOW big your shed is ... it is NEVER big enough ... and the bigger you make it the more STUFF you find to put in it !

But put an arm-rest there for junior or it will be very uncomfortable

Cant negate taking trailer nowadays for a long trip over 2 people..

GVM will be over easily without trailer...

Insurance companies are now getting outback vehicles involved in accidents 'secured' until they are weighed... Anything over GVM doesnt get paid out...

Thanks Mike! ... armrest. Check! Good idea.

We're torn between either fitting the D2 out for short to medium camping trips (Me,Mrs,Junior) and being able to get into places we've been/seen that towing a trailer to would be impossible, or very difficult, or getting a camper trailer .... I'm over the crap it takes in setting up, and tearing down after camping with 3 kids & the kitchen sink for 15yrs ... and if touring around (which is what we want to do - not stop and stay for an extended period) , I'd like to keep the setup/teardown to a minimum ... we're leaning towards an oztent/foxwing, and a minimal setup for the back ... but we may be snagged by our driveway ... racks+foxwing+oztent on the roof .... may not fit down the driveway ... and when the D2's lifted ... not a hope, and Mrs Fluids wants to be able to get into shopping centre carparks ... like that duty is high on my agenda!

... and a camper trailer has to go up/down in the blink of an eye !

    Don't want much, do I ?
