    Is the Detroit locker part number the same for the D1 and D2

    Mate, I'm sure the splines on the axles are different?.
    I'm thinking you can not swap Centres between the 2. Don't quote me

    I'm pretty sure with ARB airlockers both d1's and d2's use the RD128 model centre.
