Hi all, I've been changing oil and filter on my 2004 V8 Disco from its 30k's when purchased to todays 80k's Mum's run to school and back mileage.

Now the car sounds like a dragging bag of spanners, can anyone recommend a mechanic to bring the car upto scratch again? Sydney North Shore, or beaches, Hornsby etc.

also, I always use Mobil 1, fully synthetic. Is this too thin/light for my Disco?
