What i did with mine in the end was purchase a "Tray" from ARB & fit Traxides SC40 kit as this was all ineeded at the time. (not sure if Tim can supply tray)
If Tim can then go the whole kit & kaboodle.
As a lot the guys have said, a straight forward kit to fit.
Excellent price, Excellent product & not a bad bloke either;)

Just to let you know, the SC40 is no longer in production and I now have a new version of the SC80.
Hi moggly, I’m not sure what your intended use is for your Dual Battery set up but if you need additional power while camping at no extra cost and the fastest recharging while driving, then nothing can beat my SC80.
But so I won’t highjack this thread, I have just posted up info on the SC80 in the Verandah Section and the link below will take you to the thread.

What's most peoples choice n the location for a second battery in their D2?
All I can seem to find is somewhere in the rear. Is it possible to fit another in the engine bay or under the vehicle somewhere?
Hi clubagreenie, you can get a battery tray that allows you to mount a battery at the back of the engine bay, on the firewall on the passenger side.
There are two problems with this set up. One is the battery size is limited and the location tend to cook batteries meaning a short life span.
This is the reason many D2 owners opt for the auxiliary battery to be mounted in the cargo area.
