Riceburner, I think the message is that if you want to go lockers just because of amigo rage it will be way cheaper to fix the amigoes using research on the good oil to check the likely cause & fix. If maybe you secretly want a reason to get lockers go for it but remember it usually doesn't stop there---next up heavy duty axles etc & more $$$

Thanks Pedro...good links and info.
I don't think I'll loose to much sleep at this stage. I'll start with the simple stuff and go from there.
As there is no dealer or even LR service agents within 1000k of here, anything bigger will need to wait until I'm in Broome or Geraldton or the dealers in Perth.
Cheers

be careful when buying parts to fix your three amigo's. Mine went into the dealer without the three little guys and came out with them. 3 hubs and 2 sensors later and the problem was fixed, glad i wasn't paying for the bogus parts. I still reckon that the abs is part of a braking system so don't compromise, mine is the wifes daily drive with three kids in the back and would never forgive myself if i didn't get it fixed and something happened.
rememebr even brand new genuine landrover parts from the dealer can and sometimes do come faulty.
