    Uprated Turbo and Piggy Back ECU

    Just saw this. Resonably priced, and no hassles.

    Would certainly be the easiest option.

    Its not cheap...you can get the whole TD5 ALive larger charger, tune and intercooler for the same money.....but this is way less hassle.

    The arcticle says the Unichip apparently is available on its own ... but then, why bother when a Tombie remap can be had for around 1/2 the cost ... for the same performance gain ?

    What i have heard performance gain from Tombie remap is by far superior at least it is tuned to suit our conditions

    A piggy back ECU only does half the job,adding fuel but not using engine sensor inputs.A re-map supplys the fuel AND uses the engine sensors to provide more power and economy.
