Do discovery 2 i.e:02td5 without cdl have the workings for cruise control? I believe I read somewhere [can't find it in AULRO posts ] that all you need is the buttons and once they are fitted the cruise control is active???? I have access to the parts from another disco and was just wondering?![]()

You _may_ need to borrow somebody's Nanocom to enable the cruise module within the ECU.
But being a drive by wire engine, all the smarts are there, the computer just needs to be told to use them.
was cruise an option?

The TL0 (trim level zero) of 2002 didn't have cruise.
That's the one that had the now desireable steel wheels.
