but i guess you're still not going to get the original finish where it's been cracked previous.
Got told by a panel beater once that if the bar is cracked, they don't bother fixing them, just replace but he did do a lot of insurance jobs so i guess it doesn't matter so much in that instance.

We have one over here in WA. Recon just about any bumper.
