    Where would I purchase wheel contre caps for 99 td5 disco I know from US or UK but locally.

    I would suggest various places. Genuine from dealers, wreckers and they do appear on ebay.

    Put a couple of dabs of silicone rubber on them before fitting. Then you won't lose them.
