Some fellas don't have the decency to do that bloke. The consumer has gotta be protected in some way shape or form?
Yes, it is called buyer beware.
If you don't want to pay the mechanic doesn't have to give your car back. Then they can put a tradesmans lien on the vehicle and after three months sell it to recover costs.
