    Talking Bloody 3 AMIGOS

I give up, took the disco in for an auto service[ alot easier up on a hoist]. Got the mech to check another oil leak--tappet cover gasket, again at the rear where it dips], asked them to put it on their rovercom check the reason for the 3 mates rearing their ugly heads on a more regular basis[after changing discs and pads]----SHUTTLE VALE FAULT----. Will be replacing the valve and subsequent ancillary parts when the mechanic gets the kit in. A bit of advice to the unwary---that piece of black plastic with the connectors that fits under the ABS module is only a part of the upgrade[do not buy off ebay, as I did thinking you have the repair in hand] Anyway I will be alot poorer in the near future, but I WILL HAVE NO VISITS FROM MY #3 MATES, I have been talked into a remap as well [at a reduced price] I think I maybe a bit of a sucker when it comes to my Disco---BUT it is a magnificent vehicle ISN'T IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Not being much of a mechanic [having had to change the auto cooler myself ]I do not want to attempt to take on another task that may require expertise and specialist equipment, I'm too far from the nearest landy garage.
    Thanks Greg

    Option B - dead easy

    Greg

Definitely go Option B yourself. Just follow the instructions in the Good Oil.

    Very easy.

    Regards
    Andrew
