3 Driving lights on the bullbar

    Hi All,
I have a spare spotlight (thanks to a kangaroo & insurance!!) the spare is only slightly damaged but works fine, so I was thinking of putting it on the front to have 3 across. Has anyone done this? The only thing I can think of would be airflow & overheating issues. It's a TD5. Incase it helps, the lights are Lightforce XGT 240's which are quite big so I am thinking they maybe too big & restrict airflow.
    Thanks,
    Dave.

I've seen 3 across the bulbar before but I'm not sure how much benefit the third would be & I'm not sure if it's legal. I think there has to be a minimum distance between each light so the light beam doesn't interweave too much?
    IMO, looks a bit dicky

    Spot on.
And you may have no more than 6 Main Beam headlights, ie, 2X High beam and 4XDriving Lights mounted in pairs.
So the Dudes you see faffing around with 4 on the Bullbar and 6 or 8 aross the roof are Waaaaay over the limit for on road use.

Someone on the forum has or had a 3 across set up - someone with a white Defender or County Wagon. Can;t for the life of me remeber who but it looked ok and didnt cause him any problems that he mentioned.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Got 3x 9" on the RRC.

Always fancied the bonnet pods though.
