My other rear aircon question, does using the rear aircon use more fuel? Or is it the same compressor, condensor etc therefore no more than using the front aircon?

Aircon in humid weather produces quite a lot of condensation, definitely normal.

Having all the air con on makes you a kinder gentler more considerate driver so you actually use less fuel.

Actually running both aircons will raise the load on the engine slightly by raising the refrigerant return pressure. So yes being cool will load up the engine a bit more.

I have the rear A/C to. (1999 V8 ES Model)

The rear A/C uses the same compressor, but it has its own evaporator and can only operate when the front A/C is on.

The evaporator drain pipe drips out evaporated water near the mud flap as you describe and is normal.

As for using more fuel, maybe a tad, but then again I don't really care since I drive the V8............ so how much worse can it be !!!
