quick connect fuel inlet line leaking

hey guys i was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the quick connect clips from leaking? The line giving me the trouble is the inlet where it connects to the metal pipe on the fuel block. Do you think i should cut it off and fix with rubber fuel hose or???????????????

Mine leaked on the line from the fuel cooler to the pressure reg. I cut the quick connect end off at the fuel cooler end and added a length of efi hose with double clamps on each join. Havent had a prob since.

I have also cut one of these conectors out of my system.
The TD5 has hot fuel so you need a hose suitable for the tempratures.
The hoses at the fuel regulator runs at 4 bar.
