G'day Matt, I have just done it a few months ago. All i used was a 6t Press from supercheap for about $100 to get it done. A little fiddly to do but alot cheaper than going to the mechanic. I did all the bushes through the whole system at the same time. All clunks and bumps are gone now too. PM me if you have any questions.

    Cheers

Thanks george. what other bushes did you do?

I am about to refit my airbags with 2 inch spacer and lifted front springs so might do all of my bushes at the same, tight do ball joints as well. that sounds like a big weekend.

    cheers

Hey Matt, I replaced all the bushes in the watts linkages, pan hard, Maxi Drive track rod with new Tie rods and all the bushes in the ACE system. (there are a few in that). I had the Radius arms done by someone who charged like a wounded bull for the job and that's what prompted me to get the press.
Now the Ball joints are a tough job i've heard and may just leave that up to DPL or someone.
Which leads me to Pedro's comment.. No tutorials because i usually just get into it with the idea of getting it done. Sorry
But, i may just say stuff it one day and do the ball joints. I will try to make sure camera is at the ready next time.

Just a quick tip with ordering the bushes, make sure you get the OEM or A grade parts as i've had alot of problems fitting the B grade parts (cheaper aftermarket versions)
I am keen to try out the Polybush next time as well.

    Cheers

    George

Hi George, would you happen to have a parts list for all the bushes you used throughout the vehicle please? One of my mates and I did the 12 radius arm bushes on my Disco on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago, made a big difference so far...

So really all you need is the Watts linkages and pan hard bushings? I'll dig these up this week. It's also worth considering swaping out the track rod with one from MR Automotive. This allows you to have removable tie rod ends for when they get sloppy.

    Cheers

Thanks George, if possible the ACE bushes in the rams front and rear, and also the swaybar to body bushes as well, please, in addition to the watts and panhard rod.

    Thanks a lot

PS, I thought that the tie rod ends were removable from factory...?
