exclusive 4 amigo club
Hi All
Since doing option B approx 8 months ago I have had an amigo free run till yesterday. Got the amigos plus the handbrake light. All 4 came on together and are now on permanently. Have seen a few people report getting this but not getting to the bottom of it. I am thinking dirty or faulty sensor for the amigos but how & why does the handbrake light figure in this? Be nice to think it was just some kind of earthing issue for the warning lights but probably wishful thinking. Anyone found any answers for amigos + one?
Cheers
Discolaw

i simply remopved and cleaned the earth terminal on battery and reset and none more since

"could be" a ground reference fault.
Check / clean Earth terminals behind front panel / just in front of airbox.
Also the 3 by the engine bay fuse box, and when I had it I also did the one in the passenger footwell also. Not had the fault since.
It can also point to a SLABS ECU itself failure.
