I just keep undoing the hose joins until water starts coming out...then you have found the blockage!

If the pump doesn't work..well..I'm sure others will offer advice
    Cheers Mate!!!!
I have NEVER had the luxury of window washers in my D2,I gave up trying to fix the issue and bought a bottle of windex to live in the D2.Everything runs and holds water just will not squirt despite cleaning the lines out.
    Will try Inc's addative.

Andrew I had the same issue while in Albany the other week, I brought a new hose kit from the dealer in ossy park $24 and includes the check valve part number DHN 500020.

I tried cleaning the gunk out of the valve but it would not seal so the water drained back to the pump

Sorry to bring this up again, I had a similar problem but now the motor is kaput. Swapped the rear for the front and now have washers that work after cleaning the valve.

Question. Can you replace the motors/pumps or do you need a complete new tank & pumps???? Cannot find anything on the RAVE CD.

    cheers

There's 3 different pump part numbers, depending on which is dead:
    DMC100540 for the rear screen
    DMC100560 for the headlamp wash
    DMC100550 for the windscreen

Or you can buy the whole kit including the reservoir DMB500010

    Thanks Sheerluck,
The front pump is dead. Will get it replaced later as I don't use the rear washer that often.

    Cheers
