Delaminated turbo to intercooler hoses? Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Did your hoses blow off after you changed them for silicon or before. Just curious as it is one of the endearing features of my TD5 that the clamps loosen with time and blow off the hoses, usually it will be during significant times in your life like taking your beloved out for an anniversary. Does nothing for your points score. Thinking myself that silicon hoses are long overdue but are you saying you need different size clamp?

Different style of clamp, silicon hoses are slippery little suckers.

Yes, went to Enzed and got a larger D style clamp to get more purchase on the silicone hose as it gets slippery with a bit of oil and was coming loose, not comforting when overtaking and losing all power and creating a smoke screen ... I see that some other makes of Silicone hoses come with clamps.
