The part number is STC50075.
You can get one through LR for about $280 but Google might find a cheaper option.
Anyone know where I can get a replacement FOB for the SLS on a 2003 Land Rover Discovery 2a HSE TD5? I currently have one, but would like a second for the spare set of keys.

I just bought one from BMI spares at Mulgrave, NSW for $240.
If buying from Ebay or somewhere overseas, just make sure you get the right one for your car.
IIRC, the D2a Aust spec vehicles are 433 mHz. The others (US Spec) are in the 300 mHz range.
Cheers. Do they have to be programed for the individual vehicle (like a central remote locking FOB would) or do they all work on the same frequency/code/standard?
Same as a key, they need to be programmed for each car.
This should be able to be done by a Nanocom.
I just brought a new key fob from Kar Kraft $215 They may have these to. Real good to with.
Check Ebay. All4x4 just listed 2x new 315Mhz SLS FOBs .... $110ea + postage.
They probably won't last long.
