    Remote for lowering SLS

Does any body on here have a remote to lower their suspension?

    Is it any good?

    Ever use it?

I just read the manual and found them in there, now I'm intrigued.

    I have one

It is handy for hitching the camper, but it is slow to bring it back up again

I don't use it that often, but is a lot easier being able to lower the rear on uneven ground with the camper

I've also got one. Only used it a couple of times in the 6 months i've had it. With my current van though I'm finding that I actually use the raise button on the dash more so I can get my oversized ratchet jockey wheel on and off. Now I've used one I would put it in the "nice to have but not essential" category.

As far as I know the fob is the only way to be able to lower the suspension from normal height for a d2. Why landrover did this I don't know as the range rovers were able to do it from the dash since day one.

when in good nik they pump up pretty well,, if the car has been run with a bag leak for any length of time it does take its toll on the compressor,,
just one more thing to watch

Why do you use the remote to bring it back up? Why not just drive off slowly and it will reinflate itself.

No bag leak, stays inflated fully on extended and normal heights, but the compressor is getting old now so a freshen up may be in order?

(It's probably not really that slow anyway, just get a little impatient waiting for it!)

If you have a nancom or hawkeye you can also lower the rear, just select transport mode and it will drop down. A bit longer to connect then having a fob for it though.

Yes, still here. I gave up trying to guess the signals sent to SLABS. If I had easy access to a vehicle with a remote then I could monitor the line to see if I could replicate it.
